Groove Day in Haderslev

Join us for a free outdoor groove event in cooperation between LOF Syd and Haderslev Municipality. Although the event is free, registration is required as there is a limited number of seats on each team. This Sunday we have 3 groove-sessions at 2 different locations in Haderslev. Everyone is welcome - come and feel the joy of dancing!
Groove is a nice simple way to dance. There are no performance requirements, no expectation of looking a certain way, no right and left and nothing with standing in a row. We dance in and out between each other on the whole dance floor. You will be guided in the dance, so you know what to do, and I will make sure that it is safe and fun. We all dance the same steps or rhythms, but you're free to do it your own way, so you can't do it wrong. We dance outdoors with headphones on. In this way you will have a very intense and personal experience, but without us disturbing the surroundings. The combination of fresh air, movement, music and community is unique and just needs to be experienced.
You should not bring anything - just show up as you are in comfortable clothes according to the weather conditions.
