Outdoor Groove in Sønderborg

Exercise outdoors is something so nice. But what if you just don't feel like going for a run? \ Then you can dance outdoor Groove with Dance for Fun. Groove are simple steps to joyful music in different genres. We dance around between each other, so there's nothing about right/left. We dance the same steps in our own way, so you can't do it wrong. \ Does that sound chaotic? It's not! It's free and delicious - wellness for body and mind - it just needs to be tried! \ \ The class starts with calm warm-up and ends with “stillness” and in between it is just about pure dance joy to different genres of music. We dance with headphones so you can hear the music and my voice without us disturbing the surroundings. You can choose the volume yourself: should there be a full bang or will you be able to hear the birds in the background? On this team there will be dance numbers with running and jumping. You can, of course, adjust the dance to suit you, so you can run and jump as little or as much as you want. If you want to go on a team completely without running and running, select “Outdoor Groove - gentle”.

Dancewalk in Sønderborg

Come and join us for a fun walk where we walk and dance with headphones on. We follow the music and dance the same steps, but in our own way -- it's going to be an experience where we're all in our own music bubble but still dancing together. \ From time to time we do holds and dance together or enjoy nature. The trip is a few miles and we get both fresh air and exercise. Everyone can participate — regardless of dance experience!

On the occasion of St. Prayer, we turn our attention inward and dance a little hour of Groove focusing on serenity, gratitude and all the good things about life. Groove are simple steps to joyful music in different genres. We dance around between each other, so there's nothing about right/left. We dance the same steps in our own way, so you can't do it wrong. \ Does that sound chaotic? It's not! It's free and delicious - wellness for body and mind - it just needs to be tried! \ \ The class starts with calm warm-up and ends with “stillness” and in between it is just about pure dance joy. The music fits the theme of the day and is chosen to give tranquility, solemnity, joy and gratitude. We dance with headphones so you can hear the music and my voice without us disturbing the surroundings. On this team, all movements are gentle and the pace is lower than on the other outdoor teams. The focus is not on exercise and there is no running and jumping. The terrain is slightly hilly.

Bridal Waltz Teaching

Bridal waltz — or your very own dance Are you getting married and want to feel safe on the dance floor? Then I would like to help you make your first dance as a married couple something special. It doesn't matter if you've danced before. For me, waltz isn't about being perfect -- it's about finding a feeling in the music and expressing it together. I can teach you to dance with conviction, with the classic steps, or both — whichever suits you. Do you dream of anything other than the traditional bridal waltz? We can easily do that! Maybe you want to start with a waltz and then surprise your guests with a dance number that goes in a completely different direction. I stand for it all: cut the music together, do the choreography and teach you the dance so it feels safe and fun. Together we create a dance that suits exactly you and the atmosphere you want to share with your guests.

It could be, for example, that I say 12 people for 1200 DKK. The first 12 people must join together and pay collectively as a group. Once the group has paid, I open for others to register individually for the same event (up to 24 people) Group size and price are related - and depend on the location's distance from Sønderborg/Nykøbing.
