Experience Gift Card

Our gift card is an amount gift card that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be added together and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Price and printing errors

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or manifest error on our website, social media, newsletters and other mailings. We reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy

The purchase is binding and the ticket for the experience is non-refundable.
At more than 7 for the experience you can rebook by contacting directly.
At less than 7 for the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. No money back will be given.
You are always welcome to give your ticket to the other side.

Weather conditions

If it gets really bad weather, the experience may be moved to a dry place or canceled. You always listen to SMS and email if this happens. In case of cancellation, the ticket price minus the fee will be refunded to Understory and Payment Provider.

OTHER REASONS FOR CANCELLATION

Of course, we do everything possible so that you can come to the dance. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in case of illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the responsible person by phone/SMS and then by email.

If we choose to cancel due to too few enrollees, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Security

Through our software provider Durable, we use SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are safe from misuse because you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online business that uses SSL. Dans For Fun uses SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival for the experience, be sure to be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal information

  • We carry out the registration of your personal data in order to be able to deliver the goods to you.
  • The personal data will be registered with Dans For Fun and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted.

When purchasing an experience on Dance For Fun, we need the following information:

Name.

  • Address.
  • E-mail address.
  • Phone number.

We carry out the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to be able to provide you with a good service if something unpredictable happens when delivering your order confirmation, when shipping gift box or on the day of your experience.

The personal data is registered with Dans For Fun and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have made use of your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after the experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience manager. We must keep your name and address for five years according to the Bookkeeping Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what information is being collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Dans For Fun is not disclosed or sold, and we do not record any personal information. As a registered customer of Dans For Fun, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to Dans For Fun via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at all times.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Cookies

Dans For Fun uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and making the visit easy for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.
